Registration fee includes commemorative t-shirt and ride patch, raffles,  Doffo Winery BBQ with trolley transportation to and from hotel, lunch for Friday and Sunday, meals provided by the dealers, and dealer raffles. Fees are per person, not per motorcycle. Passenger rates are the same as rider. Hotels, gas, and additional meals not provided by the dealers are on your own.

Rider & Passenger Fees

$90 – Early Bird rate through August 31, 2020

$110 – Regular rate through September 15, 2020

$130 – Walk-in/late rate after September 15, 2020

Registration Times

Riders and passengers will need to register with us onsite to receive their registration packet. A printed ticket must be presented which is sent in the confirmation email.  We are offering different times and locations to register to accommodate the varying needs of the rider and passenger. Pricing remains the same no matter which day you register and join the ride.

  • Thursday evening, October 8, 5:30-8:30 pm at Indian Motorcycle of San Diego
  • Friday morning, October 9, 7:00-8:30 am at Indian Motorcycle of El Cajon
  • Friday evening, October 9, 6:30-7:30 pm at Doffo Winery
  • Saturday morning, October 10, 10:00-11:30 am at Indian Motorcycle of Redlands

Doffo Winery BBQ & Trolley Transportation Tickets

Tickets can be purchased for dealers and their guests/staff and for spouses/significant others not

participating on the ride. Trolley transportation is from Fairfield by Marriott and Quality Inn from 6:30-

10:30 pm.

$50 – includes BBQ and trolley transportation

$35 – BBQ only, no trolley transportation

Any funds left will be donated to the Salvation Army.

Refund  Policy:   Reservations for this event are  non-refundable and non-transferable.  Cancellations due to COVID-19, refunds are as  follows: 

*  If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be given. 

*  If the event is postponed, funds will be held for future  event.*  

*If attendee requests a full  refund, it will be determined on a case by case basis.
